Before founding Talentade, Bianca served as Director of People at Common Future, where she strengthened performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development. Her leadership was instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and impact. In her previous role as Senior Manager of People Operations at Stori, a Series-C fintech startup valued at over $1 billion, Bianca played a key role in scaling HR infrastructure. Her strategic initiatives were crucial in doubling the company's headcount and managing its rapid expansion across the US, Latin America, and China. At Dalberg Advisors, Bianca was responsible for all aspects of HR, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), significantly enhancing the employee experience. Her commitment to DEI remains a cornerstone of her professional ethos.

Bianca holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis & Resolution and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University. She also possesses a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, underscoring her depth of knowledge in the field. As a first-generation college graduate from the Dominican Republic, raised in Queens, NY, Bianca is passionate about giving back to her community.
